Returns Policy
At Shika, we take great care to ensure the quality and condition of our products. Due to the nature of our products and in order to maintain high standards, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged. Please review the conditions below to understand our return requirements.
Return Conditions
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to process a return for a refund or replacement. To qualify, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Unboxing Video: We require a clear unboxing video that shows the condition of the item upon arrival. This video must include the packaging and item in its original state to verify any damage claims.
- Report Within 48 Hours: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with the unboxing video and your order details. Returns requested after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for any reasons other than damage (e.g., sizing issues, change of mind, etc.). To ensure you order the correct size, please refer to our Sizing Guide or contact us for assistance before placing your order.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at info@wearshika.com within 48 hours of receiving your damaged item, along with your unboxing video and order number.
- Review and Approval: Our team will review your claim and video. If approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
- Refund/Replacement: Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
